steps in creating a windows-xp usb-disk installer:
a. prepare the following:
- windows-xp installer
- usb flash disk
- download and unzip the usb_multiboot_10 file
b. instructions:
1. run USB_MultiBoot_10.cmd from the \USB_MultiBoot_10 folder to reformat and to start creating the bootable disk.
2. choose H for the first option.
4. set options 1 and 2 for the source and destination folders.
5. choose option 3 to start creating the bootable disk.
6. click on the 'yes' button for all window prompt.
wait until it finish the process.
the usb-disk can now be used to install win-xp.
note:
make sure to select 'usb drive' as the 1st boot device under the BIOS settings in order for the usb-disk to boot on startup.
